- Role: Sales Hunter
- In a nutshell description: The
Inside Sales Hunter is responsible for driving profitable
growth through sourcing, qualifying, targeting and
closing new customers and reactivating inactive accounts.

- This persistent, resourceful, and
organized sales professional will provide the energy and
skills necessary to maximize the potential of his or her
territory.
-
- Outcomes:
- -Make a minimum of 1400 calls per
month (70 per day)
- -Source and Contact at least 1500
prospects per year, including mom and pop, regional
chains, and major accounts
- -Contact all inactive accounts in
your territory for reactivation 2-3 times per year
(approximately 1000 accounts)
- -Prospect and successfully
directly sell to 5 new major accounts (orders over $20k)
within 9 months of start date, and 10 new major accounts
within 15 months of start date
- -Close 200-400 new independent
accounts and/or reactivations each year
- -Continue calling converted
accounts for 3 full months to secure reorders before
turning them over to farmer
