Homebase: San Francisco, CA DESIGNER: Beth Miles Sizes for Tiny Chic Occasion: 2T to 14 years; Wholesale prices: $33-$72.50 Miles always includes certain shapes - sailor-style trousers, shirtwaists - and works red, white and blue into her palette. I've never thought of her collection as trendy, it's just her. This season, with nautical being such a strong theme and shirtwaists still popular, her line looks very "of the moment." She's added Tiny Chic Occasion, a new collection of gorgeous specialty dresses, to her collection, and it's just as successful as her sportswear.
