ROMA E TOSKA Homebase: Hamburg, Germany DESIGNER: Birgit Countess Tyszkiewicz Sizes: 2 to 16 years Countess Tyszkiewicz channeled "the coquette Charleston Look and the elegant Hollywood diva" for her fall/winter collection. The result is a melange of faux furs, layers of exquisite Europeans novelty fabrics, silk bow blouses and crinolines lending buoyant shape to minis.
