ENCHANTED ENFANT COUTURE Homebase: Fallsington, PA DESIGNER: Michele Brule Sizes: 2T to 6 years As always, I'm enchanted by Brule's designs. She references fairy tales but instead of her wares being overblown and costume-like, they're elegant. Even with the amount of detail she uses, her pieces are never fussy.
