Everyone's favorite BABYLEGS just got smaller. Arriving in Fall 2008, Babylegs, the footless knit leg coverings that make diaper changing a breeze, will offer My First BabyLegs, ($12 to $28 at retail) meant for the baby's first year. Unlike the classic sizes that will remain a boutique-only staple, My First BabyLegs will sell to big box, retail chain, and mass-market venues. "We are thrilled to help families celebrate the beginning of a new life with our new shorter sizes," said BabyLegs founder Nicole Donnelly. My First BabyLegs are 30cm long and composed of 80% cotton, 15% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Each pair features a gold over-lock stitch that denotes a signature of quality. Check out the new styles at BabyLegs.com.
The Judges at the 2008 Creative Child Awards thought JU-JU BE hit the mark with their not-too-big and not-too-small BeTween Bag ($49) and awarded it with the Top Choice of the Year in the Baby Diaper Bag category. "The BeTween is for those days when a big, overstuffed bag isn't necessary but a small bag for a quick trip with the bare essentials might not do." It features a front mommy pocket, a top-loading diaper and wipe pocket for easy accessibility, and two outside bottle pockets lined with 3M Thinsulate to keep beverages hot or cold. It also comes with the smart features found in every Ju-Ju-Be bag such as AgION lining, and crumb drains. To order the award-winning tote, visit www.ju-jube.com.

"We're introducing all new cool prints and color custom graphics that sizzle and pop on our signature hand-screened T-shirts," says Bright-Fathi who debuted the new styles in Europe at the Kleine Fabriek International Children's Show in July. The California-based LUXE BABY is going "green." "Our company's goal is to become 100% green by 2009," says Patriza Murillo, the company's co-founder. "We are talking about changing the way we do business, from paper recycling, the use of recycled boxes, biodegradable plastics, eco-friendly fabrics, and overall use of organic cottons - all made in the USA. As a designer, I have been given natural resources in my own country. I will implement these resources in my work and I want to make the transition now," says Murillo, who is a member of the Organic Trade Organization (ato.com).
