Saurette - A Contemporary Collection for Girls

Saurette
launches a collection of 2-10 contemporary girlswear at
Thread Showroom in New York and Twig Showroom in Los
Angeles for Spring 2009.
Saurette is best
defined as petite versions of the modern mom. Simply put,
Fashionable clothing for kids with unique style inspired
by women's runway and contemporary design. Select styles
will also be available in women's sizing.
For the Spring 2009
launch, prints include exploded florals, ikat florals and
oversized placed florals that look like they came
directly out of mom's closet to give a modern twist to
the collection. The base of the collection is a
silk/cotton voile. These garments make up incredibly soft
to the touch and lend a sense of richness to the garment
with a slight sheen that the silk gives off. There is a
lot of attention to detail that makes the line unique.
There are ribbon trims, hand embroidery, beading and
specialty appliqués. Saurette also has clean
finished internal seams and heat set labels for optimal
comfort for our little girls.
