Amelia's
Spring/Summer 2012 Collection Ready for New
Season
(Milan, Italy; July 2011)
The Amelia
Spring/Summer 2012 collection features original and sharp
color combinations in a nice mix of high quality fabrics.
The sand color is at the root of all looks, combined with
off white, strawberry and china blue. The collection,
composed of garments in cotton and extra-soft jersey,
both in printed and solid colors, is divided into three
lines:
BABY for newborns and tots:
rompers, sunsuits, mini-dresses and culottes. The look is
delicate and poetic, suited to the infants
world.
BOY for boys up to 8: AMELIA
dresses little boys in brighter colors: blue china and
sand pants create a nice contrast with guru-neck shirts
in delicate stripe patterns. Completing the boy's
collection are a number of T-shirts, round-necked or
polo.
GIRL for girls up to 8: The
informal line, made in super-soft jersey, mainly features
strawberry with un-regular dots and striped blue china
colors. The style is fresh and elegant, especially in the
section made with light and printed cotton voiles, where
Amelia offers layered dresses, flounced skirts, top,
blouses and chemises. A remarkable part of the
collection, cool but dressy, is made with a precious
fantasy off-white cotton, doubled with an extra-light
cotton voile.
Completing each line, Amelia
created sweaters and knits in a great variety of volumes
and shapes.
